We are currently finalising the details for our annual camp. We have booked sites at Huish Woods campsite in Somerset for Scouts and Cubs. The dates are 10th August to 17th August.

Our annual Christmas Bazaar will be held at the headquarters on Chamberlayne Road on 18th November from 2pm to 4pm. This event is timed to allow those on their way to the Eastleigh Christmas Lights swith on to pop in and make some important chritmass purchases (or just buy some sweets). Stall to include: Tobola,

An important meeting in the Group calendar is the AGM. It is the chance for the Group to demonstrate that we are functioning correctly and for members to quiz the Trustee Board members. It is a fun evening with as many of our young people demonstrating the things they have done over the past year.

Since our last AGM (Fri 3rd February 2023) the Group has been continue working towards giving the youngsters even more variety of skills, to ensure that when they undertake activities that they find it exciting, fun and most of all SAFE. Many thanks to all those who attended our Horse Racing nIght on 26th March. We raised over £440 for Group Funds. A great result and a good evening for all those who attended. Also many thanks to our supporters who donated prizes for the races. These include: Churchills Club, Eastleigh – Meal Voucher Eastleigh Football

The Group budget for the coming financial year has been agreed and this includes setting the level for subscriptions. We have managed to keep subscriptions for each member at £30 per term.  Subscriptions are due at the start of each term, on the following dates: Please set up a standing order for these dates or
